Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice

We took baking to a whole new level: wearing our furry, and paisley aprons, we put our baking skills to the test by baking some brown sugar cookies. Don't forget the milk! - R & K

Vancouver Winter Games

I know this is a little late, but I wanted to post some pictures from my trip to Vancouver for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. It was amazing, the city was vibrant, and full of excitement everywhere I went. There were so many things to see, and different people from all over the world. Whistler was absolutely gorgeous, and we had great skiing/snowboarding conditions. Vancouver was the centre of the world for seventeen days and I'm so glad I got to be a part of it!

I can't get enough

Last Night, I enjoyed the sounds of Rooney at my school on Campus for free! Rooney has been a classic fave of mine since I was twelve years old and finally getting to see them perform was amazing. I heard some my favorite songs, as well a lot of great new songs that is on their new upcoming album "Eureka". To find out more about Rooney check out their website www.rooney-band.com or just look them up on myspace. So here are some pics I took!

Out and About... New York City

I was in New York a couple of weekends ago. Here are a few pictures I managed to take while running around the city. My goal was to get tons of material for the blog while I was there, but it was so hard to stop and take pictures when there was so much going on around me! The city is infused with endless inspiration, I can't wait to get back.

Side Note: Bar Pitti in Greenwich Village is a great little Italian restaurant. I definitely recommend you check it out if you're in the neighbourhood.

Biking in Belize

While in Belize, me and my friends Tsega and Ronny (aka my wolf pack), found some time to go rent bikes and cruise around the island of Caye Caulker. It was the best $2.00 I have ever spent - such a fun time, super cute, and I'll never forget it. Instant classic memory for sure! Caye Caulker is so precious, the island is so small and everyone knows everyone. My favourite part of our late afternoon bike ride was running into so many of our Belizean friends that we met earlier in the trip!
